Hi there. My name is Ruri, but you can call me Nyx. I'm 27 years old, Mexican, and go by they/them pronouns.

I like music, videogames, anime, movies, writing, and dnd. I have a cat named Impa, after the Zelda character (specifically the Breath of the Wild/Age of Calamity Impa). I like hanging out with my friends and feeling content. I speak English and Spanish fluently, and I'm learning French. I like musing about my characters and their fictional universes a lot and have a desire to someday write something--maybe not a book, but at the very least, a story I can share.

I keep journals as a hobby and I have been journaling since I was around 13 years old. I draw, too, and just like with my writing I have been doing it for decades now. I'm not "good" at neither, but I enjoy it and that's what matters. I also do origami and knit, though recent medical problems have kept me from continuing. I hope I get to share some of my work once I get better though.
